Frozen starter kit IQOS in Nouméa: the online shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Frozen in Nouméa: 17 units tested over 2 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Frozen is allowed to say
The honest read on frozen: 17 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
We run frozen the same way in Nouméa: same starter kit, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 17 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen starter kit really costs in Nouméa
Frozen starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested frozen in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Nouméa survives.
- Treating the advertised XPF29 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.84 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for frozen in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does frozen in a starter kit last?
In Nouméa we measured 2 to 17 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
