Frozen vape pen IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist
Frozen in Nouméa: 12 units tested over 3 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What frozen costs in Nouméa
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.69 per 10 ml.
The short version: frozen in Nouméa works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen vape pen really costs in Nouméa
Frozen in Nouméa reaches the shelf in vape pen formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested frozen in a vape pen
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
The rules that apply here
