Frozen vape pen IQOS in Nouméa: the guide shortlist
Frozen in Nouméa: 11 units tested over 7 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Frozen vape pen reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Frozen in Nouméa reaches the shelf in vape pen formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen vape pen really costs in Nouméa
Frozen in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested frozen in a vape pen
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised XPF28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.42 per 10 ml.
