Grapey pod kit IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist
Grapey in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 5 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
Grapey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.41 per 10 ml.
The honest read on grapey: 19 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the pod kit you buy decides how long grapey tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a grapey pod kit really costs in Nouméa
We run grapey the same way in Nouméa: same pod kit, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested grapey in a pod kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a grapey bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where grapey goes wrong
- Mixing grapey with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised XPF29 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.41 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
