Graphite box mod IQOS in Nouméa: the best shortlist
Graphite in Nouméa: 18 units tested over 8 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Graphite box mod here
Graphite in a box mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Graphite box mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long graphite tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a graphite box mod really costs in Nouméa
Graphite prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.5 per 10 ml.
How we tested graphite in a box mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long graphite in Nouméa survives.
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
