How we tested Graphite RDA here
If you are looking at graphite in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Graphite RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 19 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.

How we tested graphite in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every graphite bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why graphite tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long graphite in Nouméa survives.

Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.

Not automatically. On graphite the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF1.92 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
