Graphite refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Graphite in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
We run graphite the same way in Nouméa: same refill pack, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Graphite prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.25 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long graphite tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a graphite refill pack really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on graphite: 15 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested graphite in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every graphite bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why graphite tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long graphite in Nouméa survives.

Frequently asked questions
Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
What nicotine strength should graphite start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
