Guava 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Nouméa: the online shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Guava in Nouméa: 7 units tested over 9 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
If you are looking at guava in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Guava sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: guava in Nouméa works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a guava 30 ml shortfill really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at guava in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested guava in a 30 ml shortfill
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a guava bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where guava goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF29 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.38 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing guava with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
