What guava costs in Nouméa
We run guava the same way in Nouméa: same 60 ml bottle, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
We run guava the same way in Nouméa: same 60 ml bottle, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the 60 ml bottle you buy decides how long guava tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a guava 60 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested guava in a 60 ml bottle
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where guava goes wrong
- Mixing guava with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest 60 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should guava start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 60 ml bottle.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On guava the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF1.9 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Why does guava taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 60 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the guava blend itself harsh.
