Guava cartomizer IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Guava in Nouméa: 12 units tested over 4 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Guava is allowed to say
The honest read on guava: 12 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Guava cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 12 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long guava tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a guava cartomizer really costs in Nouméa
Guava in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested guava in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
Where guava goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long guava in Nouméa survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why guava tastes flat after two days.
