Guava starter kit IQOS in Nouméa: the order shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Guava in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 7 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Guava in Nouméa reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: guava in Nouméa works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a guava starter kit really costs in Nouméa
We run guava the same way in Nouméa: same starter kit, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested guava in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where guava goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF41 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.08 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why guava tastes flat after two days.

Frequently asked questions
Why does guava taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the guava blend itself harsh.
Can I order IQOS online in New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How long does guava in a starter kit last?
In Nouméa we measured 7 to 15 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
