Herbal 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Herbal in Nouméa: 18 units tested over 4 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Herbal sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
A herbal 30 ml shortfill from the flat-rate options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.15 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long herbal tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a herbal 30 ml shortfill really costs in Nouméa
Herbal prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.15 per 10 ml.
How we tested herbal in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a herbal bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Mixing herbal with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised XPF68 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.15 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
