Herbal pod kit IQOS in Nouméa: the price shortlist
Herbal in Nouméa: 22 units tested over 6 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good pod kit from a repack
The honest read on herbal: 22 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Herbal in a pod kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: herbal in Nouméa works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a herbal pod kit really costs in Nouméa
Herbal pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested herbal in a pod kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every herbal bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the pod kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pod kit that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
What nicotine strength should herbal start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pod kit.
Why does herbal taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the herbal blend itself harsh.
