Herbal refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Herbal in Nouméa: 20 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
Herbal in Nouméa reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Herbal sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 20 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a herbal refill pack really costs in Nouméa
A herbal refill pack from the cheapest options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.51 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested herbal in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.51 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
