Iced mesh tank IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist
Iced in Nouméa: 21 units tested over 4 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a mesh tank for iced
Iced sounds like one product. It is not: a mesh tank running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Iced in Nouméa reaches the shelf in mesh tank formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 21 units, mesh tank, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a iced mesh tank really costs in Nouméa
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.63 per 10 ml.
How we tested iced in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where iced goes wrong
- Mixing iced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why iced tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a mesh tank cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.63 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF36 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does iced in a mesh tank last?
In Nouméa we measured 4 to 21 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
