What the label on Iced is allowed to say
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Iced in Nouméa reaches the shelf in nicotine salt bottle formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 17 units, nicotine salt bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a iced nicotine salt bottle really costs in Nouméa
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.81 per 10 ml.
How we tested iced in a nicotine salt bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the nicotine salt bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a nicotine salt bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where iced goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why iced tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a nicotine salt bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Treating the advertised XPF60 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.81 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a nicotine salt bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.81 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF60 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is iced legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the nicotine salt bottle units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
