Iced pod kit IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist
Iced in Nouméa: 12 units tested over 9 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Iced is allowed to say
Iced sounds like one product. It is not: a pod kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Iced pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 12 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the pod kit you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced pod kit really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at iced in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pod kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested iced in a pod kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where iced goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long iced in Nouméa survives.
- Chasing a discount on a pod kit that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Treating the advertised XPF39 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.59 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
