Iced in Nouméa: 11 units tested over 6 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.21 per 10 ml.
Iced refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a iced refill pack really costs in Nouméa
Iced in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested iced in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where iced goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF29 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.21 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing iced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
