Iced squonk mod IQOS in Nouméa: the wholesale shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Iced in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 5 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the iced habit
If you are looking at iced in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the squonk mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.46 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced squonk mod really costs in Nouméa
Iced in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested iced in a squonk mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Spare parts availability for squonk mod in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where iced goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
