Lemon pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist
Lemon in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
A lemon pen device from the discounted options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.33 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: lemon in Nouméa works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lemon pen device really costs in Nouméa
Lemon in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested lemon in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lemon bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a lemon bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why lemon tastes flat after two days.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should lemon start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Is lemon legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
How long does lemon in a pen device last?
In Nouméa we measured 9 to 15 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
