Lemon pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Lemon in Nouméa: 16 units tested over 6 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Lemon pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
We run lemon the same way in Nouméa: same pen device, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: lemon in Nouméa works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lemon pen device really costs in Nouméa
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested lemon in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lemon bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing lemon with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long lemon in Nouméa survives.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.

Frequently asked questions
Why does lemon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the lemon blend itself harsh.
How long does lemon in a pen device last?
In Nouméa we measured 6 to 16 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Can I order IQOS online in New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
