Lemon refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Lemon in Nouméa: 8 units tested over 4 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Where buyers go wrong with lemon in New Caledonia
Lemon in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Lemon in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: lemon in Nouméa works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lemon refill pack really costs in Nouméa
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested lemon in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a lemon bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why lemon tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long lemon in Nouméa survives.
- Mixing lemon with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is lemon legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
How long does lemon in a refill pack last?
In Nouméa we measured 4 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On lemon the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF3.3 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
