Lemon starter kit IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Lemon in Nouméa: 24 units tested over 4 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good starter kit from a repack
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you are looking at lemon in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: lemon in Nouméa works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lemon starter kit really costs in Nouméa
Lemon starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested lemon in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF60 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.18 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why lemon tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
Packaging for lemon in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How long does lemon in a starter kit last?
In Nouméa we measured 4 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does lemon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the lemon blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On lemon the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.18 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
