Licorice 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Licorice in Nouméa: 20 units tested over 4 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What licorice costs in Nouméa
A licorice 30 ml shortfill from the cheapest options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.54 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Licorice sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 20 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a licorice 30 ml shortfill really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on licorice: 20 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested licorice in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Mixing licorice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long licorice in Nouméa survives.

Frequently asked questions
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
How long does licorice in a 30 ml shortfill last?
In Nouméa we measured 4 to 20 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should licorice start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
