Licorice mesh tank IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Licorice in Nouméa: 21 units tested over 3 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What licorice costs in Nouméa
Licorice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.21 per 10 ml.
A licorice mesh tank from the reviewed options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.21 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long licorice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a licorice mesh tank really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on licorice: 21 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested licorice in a mesh tank
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why licorice tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long licorice in Nouméa survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
