Licorice refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the price shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Licorice in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 5 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Licorice in Nouméa reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the value ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Licorice refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 15 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: licorice in Nouméa works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice refill pack really costs in Nouméa
Licorice sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested licorice in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every licorice bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Mixing licorice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long licorice in Nouméa survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why licorice tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does licorice in a refill pack last?
In Nouméa we measured 5 to 15 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is licorice legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
