Licorice starter kit IQOS in Nouméa: the online shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Licorice in Nouméa: 22 units tested over 7 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the licorice habit
If you are looking at licorice in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Licorice in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: licorice in Nouméa works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice starter kit really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at licorice in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested licorice in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised XPF34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.87 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why licorice tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for licorice in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
