Licorice in Nouméa: 16 units tested over 5 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a vape pen for licorice
If you are looking at licorice in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the vape pen you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Licorice in Nouméa reaches the shelf in vape pen formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 16 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a licorice vape pen really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on licorice: 16 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested licorice in a vape pen
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every licorice bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why licorice tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised XPF33 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.03 per 10 ml.
