Lime RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the online shortlist
Lime in Nouméa: 9 units tested over 7 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
A lime RDA from the online options in New Caledonia costs about XPF1.92 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run lime the same way in Nouméa: same RDA, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: lime in Nouméa works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lime RDA really costs in Nouméa
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested lime in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lime bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a lime bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where lime goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why lime tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised XPF65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.92 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for lime in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF1.92 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF65 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does lime taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the lime blend itself harsh.
Can I order IQOS online in New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
