Lime sub-ohm kit IQOS in Nouméa: the guide shortlist
Lime in Nouméa: 14 units tested over 5 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What lime costs in Nouméa
Lime sounds like one product. It is not: a sub-ohm kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Lime prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.65 per 10 ml.
The short version: lime in Nouméa works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lime sub-ohm kit really costs in Nouméa
Lime prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.65 per 10 ml.
How we tested lime in a sub-ohm kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lime bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where lime goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long lime in Nouméa survives.
- Mixing lime with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a sub-ohm kit that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should lime start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a sub-ohm kit.
How much does a sub-ohm kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF1.65 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF43 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does lime in a sub-ohm kit last?
In Nouméa we measured 5 to 14 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
