Mango 100 ml bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Mango in Nouméa: 6 units tested over 8 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the mango habit
Mango in a 100 ml bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
We run mango the same way in Nouméa: same 100 ml bottle, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: mango in Nouméa works if the 100 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mango 100 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
Mango prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.63 per 10 ml.
How we tested mango in a 100 ml bottle
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 100 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where mango goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mango tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mango in Nouméa survives.
