Mango vape pen IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist
Mango in Nouméa: 14 units tested over 4 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Mango vape pen here
Mango prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.2 per 10 ml.
Mango sounds like one product. It is not: a vape pen running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: mango in Nouméa works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mango vape pen really costs in Nouméa
Mango sounds like one product. It is not: a vape pen running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested mango in a vape pen
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a mango bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where mango goes wrong
- Mixing mango with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised XPF40 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.2 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should mango start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
Is mango legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
Why does mango taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the mango blend itself harsh.
