Melon 60 ml bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Melon in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 3 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a 60 ml bottle for melon
If you are looking at melon in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 60 ml bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
A melon 60 ml bottle from the discounted options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.8 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the 60 ml bottle you buy decides how long melon tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a melon 60 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
Melon in a 60 ml bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested melon in a 60 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for 60 ml bottle in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where melon goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why melon tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised XPF57 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.8 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest 60 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On melon the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.8 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should melon start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 60 ml bottle.
How long does melon in a 60 ml bottle last?
In Nouméa we measured 3 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
