Melon disposable vape IQOS in Nouméa: the online shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Melon in Nouméa: 14 units tested over 6 weeks, disposable vape formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good disposable vape from a repack
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The honest read on melon: 14 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the disposable vape you buy decides how long melon tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a melon disposable vape really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at melon in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the disposable vape you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested melon in a disposable vape
- Pick the disposable vape that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for disposable vape in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a disposable vape arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where melon goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing melon with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a disposable vape and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a disposable vape cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF1.87 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF29 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does melon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the disposable vape units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the melon blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should melon start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a disposable vape.
