What the label on Melon is allowed to say
A melon refill pack from the bulk options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.52 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Melon prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.52 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long melon tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested melon in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every melon bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where melon goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised XPF50 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.52 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
