Mint 60 ml bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the order shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Mint in Nouméa: 16 units tested over 8 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the mint habit
Mint 60 ml bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Mint prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.97 per 10 ml.
The short version: mint in Nouméa works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mint 60 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
We run mint the same way in Nouméa: same 60 ml bottle, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested mint in a 60 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 60 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where mint goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 60 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a 60 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
