Mint vape pen IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist
Mint in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 5 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What mint costs in Nouméa
Mint in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Below is the run we did for this search: 19 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mint vape pen really costs in Nouméa

How we tested mint in a vape pen
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where mint goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mint in Nouméa survives.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised XPF35 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.04 per 10 ml.

New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does mint taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the mint blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mint the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF3.04 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
