Mintice RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the online shortlist
Mintice in Nouméa: 22 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Mintice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.05 per 10 ml.
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long mintice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mintice RDA really costs in Nouméa
Mintice RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested mintice in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a mintice bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mintice tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mintice in Nouméa survives.
- Mixing mintice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF3.05 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF32 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mintice the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF3.05 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
