Mintice refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Mintice in Nouméa: 10 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good refill pack from a repack
The honest read on mintice: 10 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Mintice refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long mintice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mintice refill pack really costs in Nouméa
We run mintice the same way in Nouméa: same refill pack, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested mintice in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing mintice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mintice tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for mintice in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
Can I order IQOS online in New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mintice the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.86 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
