Nutty pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist
Nutty in Nouméa: 12 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Nutty prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.01 per 10 ml.
Nutty pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 12 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 12 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a nutty pen device really costs in Nouméa
Nutty in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested nutty in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where nutty goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF40 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.01 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does nutty taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the nutty blend itself harsh.
Is nutty legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On nutty the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.01 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
