Nutty in Nouméa: 21 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Nutty is allowed to say
Nutty refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Nutty prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.47 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long nutty tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested nutty in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every nutty bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where nutty goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long nutty in Nouméa survives.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.47 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF38 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On nutty the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.47 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Why does nutty taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the nutty blend itself harsh.
