Nutty vape pen IQOS in Nouméa: the best shortlist
Nutty in Nouméa: 20 units tested over 6 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Nutty prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.7 per 10 ml.
We run nutty the same way in Nouméa: same vape pen, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long nutty tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a nutty vape pen really costs in Nouméa
Nutty in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested nutty in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every nutty bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where nutty goes wrong
- Mixing nutty with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why nutty tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
