Peach mesh tank IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist
Peach in Nouméa: 11 units tested over 8 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the peach habit
Peach prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.32 per 10 ml.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long peach tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a peach mesh tank really costs in Nouméa
Peach in a mesh tank is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested peach in a mesh tank
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where peach goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF52 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.32 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Buying the cheapest mesh tank available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
