Pear 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Nouméa: the best shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Pear in Nouméa: 23 units tested over 5 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good 30 ml shortfill from a repack
If you are looking at pear in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Pear 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long pear tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a pear 30 ml shortfill really costs in Nouméa
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested pear in a 30 ml shortfill
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a pear bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where pear goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long pear in Nouméa survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should pear start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
Why does pear taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the pear blend itself harsh.
