Pear pod kit IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist
Pear in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 8 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Pear sounds like one product. It is not: a pod kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, pod kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a pear pod kit really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on pear: 15 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested pear in a pod kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for pod kit in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a pear bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where pear goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF68 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.23 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest pod kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pod kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pod kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.23 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF68 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does pear taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the pear blend itself harsh.
