Pear in Nouméa: 14 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Below is the run we did for this search: 14 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a pear refill pack really costs in Nouméa
A pear refill pack from the pre-order options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.56 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested pear in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a pear bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every pear bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where pear goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised XPF63 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.56 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On pear the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.56 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should pear start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
How long does pear in a refill pack last?
In Nouméa we measured 9 to 14 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
