Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Plain prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.49 per 10 ml.
The honest read on plain: 23 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: plain in Nouméa works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain mesh tank really costs in Nouméa
A plain mesh tank from the reviewed options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.49 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested plain in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where plain goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plain in Nouméa survives.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
