Plum cartomizer IQOS in Nouméa: the compare shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Plum in Nouméa: 18 units tested over 7 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good cartomizer from a repack
Plum sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
A plum cartomizer from the compared options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.24 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: plum in Nouméa works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum cartomizer really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at plum in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested plum in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where plum goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Treating the advertised XPF66 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.24 per 10 ml.
