Plum cartomizer IQOS in Nouméa: the price shortlist
Plum in Nouméa: 8 units tested over 5 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Plum cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: plum in Nouméa works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum cartomizer really costs in Nouméa
A plum cartomizer from the value options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.72 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested plum in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where plum goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
