Plum cartomizer IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist
Plum in Nouméa: 20 units tested over 3 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good cartomizer from a repack
If you are looking at plum in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Plum cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum cartomizer really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on plum: 20 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested plum in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where plum goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised XPF38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.77 per 10 ml.
